Guidelines and Registration Forms

We suggest you read the 2022 QuiltfestNW Guidelines document first.  Use the appropriate entry form for your Quiltfest entries. Instructions, fees, and addresses are provided within the documents.  

Entries must be postmarked no later than August 11, 2022.
